A simple click of the mouse completes a chart audit and shows you everything you need to do, all in one place.

- Displays clients for whom you have current responsibility
- A flag, or color connotation highlights what is outstanding for each client
- Supervisors have the ability to view their staff’s Clinician’s HomePages to complete a chart audit for each
- A detailed list of items currently due for that client
- A "go to" button takes you from the detailed list to the individual assessment or form selected for completion
- Reminds you when it is time to perform an intervention and complete a progress note
- Agencies also have the ability to setup the frequency of specific tasks or assessments
- Integrates with the Anasazi Treatment Plan System to display notifications for the next intervention due to be done for each client by this particular clinician, status of objective target dates, and goal resolution status
- You can notify other clinicians or treatment team members of a responsibility assigned to them
- When you finish a treatment plan, you can sign it electronically, add other treatment team members’ names for signature, and the Clinician’s HomePage will place it on their to-do list for review and signature
- If you are the Primary Clinician for a given client, you’ll be notified if these things are not completed
